We wanted to let you know personally how useful and enjoyable the 2 days training have been for all of us. We loved the open forum/workshop style and we felt able to discuss many more topics than those laid down prior to the day. We were able to talk openly about sensitive info without anyone feeling persecuted. We felt the meetings were well chaired and the focus was kept where necessary, and we were provided with tools to use in practise.

An excellent day! The trainer .... managed to get all levels (Directors, Managers, Supervisors) on a level playing field, much participation, made us all think and some fun as well. Really pleased with how it went and three members of staff who have had no training in this subject were very impressed and reassured about where to start etc. The trainer had a very good approach and it was enjoyed by all.

The course content was very interesting and covered all that was required to help me improve the working in my job. The course was tailored to our individual needs, ensuring during the day that all queries were fully explained.
I thought that the course was very useful in helping greatly in evaluating the way I deal with time management. The whole course was very interesting and informative I felt that I have gained a great deal from the day!
